Nathan Cates
Nathan is originally a proud native of Oklahoma, where he lived for 24 years before moving to Colorado to work and live with at-risk youth at the Dale House Project in Colorado Springs. Here, Nathan met his wife, Lindsay, a true Buckeye and fellow Dale House staff. Bonded by a common passion for the lost, the hurting and college sports, the Cates where married in 2007 and moved to Columbus in 2008, where they quickly became connected with Central Vineyard's mission to actively engage suffering through prayer and action. In 2008, Nathan and Lindsay hosted a halloween party for kids in their King-Lincoln neighborhood and other similar events along the way. The kids that surround the Cates' lives and the 4th-6th grade CV Kids class, has sprouted into CV Youth. Nathan works to help these kids engage suffering while living the Jesus lifestyle in central Columbus.
