We’re grateful for our ongoing partnership with Asia’s Hope, and for the long, faithful relationships that make this work possible.
As many of you know, our friends John and Kori McCollum are currently in Southeast Asia, spending time with staff and kids on the ground. Next week, Parker Frey and Jared Boyd will be joining them to be up close with the work we support in Cambodia, particularly the Battambang student center and the kids who call it home.
This Sunday, we’ll take time in our service to bless and pray for Parker and Jared as we send them to Cambodia. We see this trip as an extension of our shared life and shared mission with Asia’s Hope, not just a visit, but a way of staying relationally connected to the people and places we care deeply about from afar.
John has been writing regularly during the trip, and we encourage you to take a few minutes to read his reflections on the Director’s Blog. They offer a meaningful window into the lives of the students and the day-to-day reality of the work.
We also invite you to prayerfully consider supporting this partnership. You can give toward our Asia’s Hope fund through our online giving link. Your generosity helps sustain the Battambang student center and invests directly in the flourishing of these kids and their communities.
