At CV, we've been in a season of building for a more sustainable, mission-aligned future while deepening our commitment to the work we've always been about: community, prayer and engaging suffering.

One of the things our team has been discerning is how to staff our worship ministry in a way that reflects those commitments. For the past several years, Naomi and Noah Turrigiano have faithfully held our worship coordination, and we're grateful for everything they've given. After conversation with them and our team, we're ready to take a next step.

We're hiring a Worship Resident. This is a part-time role (15 hrs/week) focused on worship and pastoral leadership. This person will work closely with Parker, lead worship regularly, develop and care for our worship community, and engage a structured year of theological and pastoral formation.
