Throughout our Passions series, many of us have been noticing the deeper layers of our inner life—the places where we wrestle with distraction, fear, and longing, as well as the quiet work of healing that God is doing in us. This workshop is an opportunity to slow down and make space for that healing to continue.
Together we’ll learn simple, practical ways to become more aware of God’s presence drawing from both ancient prayer practices and new research about how gratitude and connection shape the brain. Each session includes brief teaching, written reflection, and guided time in pairs or small groups.
If this season has stirred something in you and you want to experience God’s love in a more personal way, this is a gentle, welcoming place to begin. All are invited, and space is limited.
